8yr old charged with murder
An 8-year old was charged with murder of his father and another man recently. Is it justifiable to charge a kid that young with murder? To a certain extent the 8-year old should be punished. But it can be argued that the parents are at fault for not exercising better parenting techniques. Being charged with murder may be a bit harsh. I think the child should be re-educated about life in general while still being held under close supervision. Then maybe after a few years giving another chance.
